Solaire Resort & Casino

Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels opened Solaire, through its Philippine licensing entity Sureste Properties, on March 16, 2013, at 1 Aseana Avenue in Tambo, Parañaque — the first integrated resort casino to open in Entertainment City. The build cost $1.2 billion and covers 8.3 hectares (21 acres), with 800 rooms split across two 17-story towers. Its gaming floor runs 18,500 square metres (199,000 square feet) and holds 1,620 slot machines and 360 gaming tables. A separate property, Solaire Resort North in Vertis North, Quezon City, opened May 25, 2024, and sits outside Entertainment City entirely.

City of Dreams Manila

Melco Resorts and Entertainment (Philippines) Corporation runs City of Dreams Manila with Belle Corporation as co-developer. The resort had a soft opening on December 14, 2014, and a grand opening on February 2, 2015, on a 6.2-hectare (15-acre) site at Asean Avenue corner Roxas Boulevard, inside Entertainment City. Okada Manila

Tiger Resort Leisure and Entertainment, Inc., the Philippine subsidiary of Universal Entertainment Corporation, holds the Entertainment City license granted in 2008 and runs Okada Manila. The resort began casino operations on December 30, 2016, after a preview on December 21, 2016, and carried the name Manila Bay Resorts until its June 2016 rebrand. It occupies 44 hectares (110 acres) — the largest footprint of the four resorts on this page — with Phase One built at a cost of roughly US$2.4 billion and 1,001 rooms across two wings. Newport World Resorts, Pasay

Newport World Resorts sits apart from the other three. Travellers International Hotel Group — a joint venture between Alliance Global Group and Genting Hong Kong, and PAGCOR-licensed like its neighbors — owns and operates it in Newport City, opposite NAIA Terminal 3, in Pasay. That puts it outside the Entertainment City zone in Parañaque; Wikipedia’s own Entertainment City article does not list Newport World Resorts among its resorts. The property had a soft launch on August 28, 2009, well ahead of its three Parañaque neighbors, and no site-size figure is published for Newport World Resorts.
